Cancellation policy:
- If conference registration is cancelled on or before 1 April 2025 a full refund will be given.
- If conference registration is cancelled after 1 April 2025 and before 18 April 2025, a refund of 50 per cent will be given. Refunds will not be issued for any registrations cancelled on or after 18 April 2025.
- Delegates will receive a full refund should event management have to cancel or postpone the conference due to unforeseen circumstances.
